**The Role**

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**
- Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies to grow and retain a strong customer base.
- Provide engaging content in various formats, engineer and inspire conversational topics for all social media and professional accounts.
- Act as an ambassador for the brand and ensure inquiries, comments, and complaints on public platforms are handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Organise and manage events to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to help drive interest in activities and campaigns within the community.
- Liaise with Development and Sales departments to provide relevant and updated information to the community.
- Build strong relationships with customers, industry professionals or influencers, and key journalists
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the XR space, trending community platforms and tools.

- Ability to manage and adhere to concurrent timelines and multi-task.
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem-solver.
- An innate ability to relate to others regardless of background - high emotional intelligence and able to “read the room”.
- Team player able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment even under stress.
**Skills and Experience Required**
- Experience as a Community Manager or similar roles involving managing digital or shared spaces.
- Experience in leading and planning community initiatives.
- Proficiency and deep interest in content creation tools such as (e.g. video editing, streaming, and/or design) and content platforms (Youtube, Twitch, Tiktok, or more).
- Ability to identify, track and assess relevant community KPIs.
- Ability to interpret web/platform metrics and measure performance.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and user/customer engagement.
