- Prepare and facilitate design drawings using BIM and CAD technologies for building construction
- Liaise and coordinate with main contractor and other trades for cross-team support on BIM software
- Ensure all models are compatible and BIM data are made available to all project participants
- Collaborate within the design team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements
- Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Architecture/Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years related work experience in similar capacity for construction and architecture projects
- Proficient in MS Office, Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD software
- Knowledge of DGN, DWF, IFC and MicroStation
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Team player but is independent enough to work without supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,800.00 per month
