Engineer (O&m) - Water Reclamation (Network)

**What the role is**
- You will be part of the team overseeing the maintenance programmes to ensure the proper functioning of Singapore's sewerage network and to safeguard the water reclamation process. As an Engineer, you will be responsible but not limited to the following: - Supervise the daily operations of the Water Reclamation Network Operations Centre (WRNOC) and the First Response Teams (FRTs) - Ensure that every incident or urgent public feedback case is attended to by a FRT within the set time limit, and that the FRT takes action according to SOPs to resolve the issue - Work with the relevant Catchment engineers to resolve complex cases that the FRTs are unable to resolve - Assist the Quality Service Manager (QSM) to track the resolution of feedback cases, including those that involve multiple departments or external agencies - Prepare monthly reports on service quality to submit to management - Compute and track key performance indicators (KPIs) on the number of sewerage service disruptions and public complaints - Implement public engagement programmes to educate the public and reduce sewer chokes caused by user behaviour - Explore and implement new technologies to improve the efficiency and safety of the team

- Bachelor in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical and Electrical as well as other relevant disciplines) - Fit and able to work outdoors/carry out site work - Proficient in MS Office Applications - Confident with IT systems, new technologies, and data analysis - Possess Class 3 or 3A driving licence - Independent, result-oriented and self-driven team player. - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Possess a positive, can-do attitude.
