**Job Description**:

- Act as the primary liaison between clients, cross-functional teams, and MarginMan product teams to identify, analyse, and document system functional and technical requirements.
- Play a key role in the planning, testing, and implementation of system enhancements and conversions, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and timely completion.
- Identify system enhancements, document business needs, and assess their impact on current system processing.
- Provide business support for production and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) MarginMan Installations for clients.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in the Financial Industry, with exposure to FX markets, preferably in Treasury, Private Banking, or Wealth Management.
- Strong knowledge of FX business and familiarity with FX Products and Derivatives, Processes, Workflows, and Trade Lifecycle.
- Good understanding of Finance Technology, with the ability to collaborate with Developers and Architecture teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration/Finance.
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and prior experience in requirements gathering and testing, as well as Software Documentation.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment, directly interacting with Front, Middle, and Back Office groups.
- Excellent communication skills and expertise in leading and facilitating workshops and meetings.
- Strong multitasking abilities, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize tasks based on shifting priorities.
