Required Qualifications:

- Diploma in Engineering (Structural & Civil) or equivalent.
- Approx. **8 years **or more relevant experience in structural engineering drafting / modelling of building type structures, with experience in delivery of building projects located in Singapore.
- Proficient in software such as Autodesk REVIT Structures and AutoCAD. Experience in Navisworks and MicroStation would be an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in Singapore BCA BIM delivery standards and practices.
- Ability to assist in the development and mentoring of junior colleagues.
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders internally and externally
- Strong communication skills, teamwork and self-motivation
