**The Company**

Our client is an innovative and dynamic logistics solutions provider with more than 4000 employees across more than 90 countries and being supported by hundreds of agents globally. The company provides airfreight, sea freight, customs brokerage, local transportation, warehousing, and distribution services. They provide logistics and supply chain solutions to aerospace, automotive, chemical, oil & gas, wine and spirits, and manufacturing industries.

Reporting to the Regional Financial Director, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for monthly review and analysis of the regional office financial statements. Report in accordance with Local FRS and company policies. Annual budgeting, audit and tax support, and enforcement of corporate accounting policies and procedures and analysis for the APAC region.

**The Financial Analyst will be responsible for**:

- Monthly closure (journal entries, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Netting, Leases, etc.)
- Monthly cash flow management
- Approve staff expenses claims.
- Reporting of Monthly Forecasts, Actual Submissions, Cash & Credit, Quarterly Tax.
- Review local statutory tax provision.
- Quarterly GST reviews and submission filing to IRAS.
- Yearly submission of Corporate Tax computations for Regional Office.
- Local interiM/Final statutory consolidated audit (including investment subsidiaries)
- Analyze travel and expenditure reports and submit them to each department.
- Supervise one accounting staff.
- Support the Regional team with regional financial analysis, including Forecast, DSO, DPO, AR, Aging, Cash flow, etc.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

**The Requirements**
- Degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an accountant with local statutory reporting in Singapore.
- Experience in group/global consolidations and working knowledge of US GAAP.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Good team player, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive and able to work in a very fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $6,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting / Accountant: 5 years (preferred)
