**What You'll Do**:

- Develop systems and processes and manage the day-to-day activities relating to the Customer Feedback Management System
- Assist in conducting market research, industry benchmark, calibration sessions and surveys to identify / implement trends and best practices to improve service quality levels
- Plan and execute initiatives and programs relating to Service Quality
- Manage and conduct customer service standard assessments and quality assurance
- Develop and manage centralised depository of key performance data, including data analysis
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

**What You'll Need**:

- At least a Degree with 4 - 5 years relevant experience preferably in Service Quality and/ or Customer Service
- Experience in conducting surveys, customer feedback management and customer relationship management will be advantageous
- Possesses a strategic mind set on organizational service quality
- Independent and self-driven, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for details
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with good command of English language
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle impromptu situations
