The Snr Project Manager plays a key leadership role in managing the architectural scope of MRT infrastructure projects, particularly those governed by LTA standards and requirements. This includes overseeing project planning, execution, and completion with a focus on safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination. The role demands deep familiarity with architectural integration within MRT station construction and associated transport infrastructure.

Lead the architectural planning, design coordination, and construction delivery of MRT stations and related facilities in line with LTA project requirements.

Ensure all architectural works comply with LTA Design Criteria, Code of Practice, and relevant statutory requirements (e.g., URA, BCA, SCDF).

Oversee the submission and approval process for architectural drawings and documents to LTA, BCA, and other authorities.

Coordinate and integrate design inputs from architects, civil/structural engineers, M&E teams, and system-wide contractors, ensuring compatibility across disciplines.

Perform project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting to ensure key milestones and KPIs (e.g., Temporary Occupation Permit, Final Completion) are met.

Take full responsibility for on-site architectural work compliance, including material selection, workmanship, finishes, and aesthetics per contract specifications.

Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews during design and construction phases to optimize project delivery.

Manage interface issues between architecture and other MRT systems (e.g., signaling, ventilation, trackworks) within the LTA Interface Management framework.

Handle design change management and variation orders, coordinating with consultants and client representatives for approval.

Supervise architectural inspections, prepare architectural As-Built drawings, and coordinate handover documentation as per LTA handover protocols.

Serve as the key liaison with LTA client team, attending Technical Working Groups (TWG), Safety & Quality Review Committees (SQRC), and Progress Meetings.
