**Job Summary**: Entry level position; coordinates activities of shipment. Direct movement of shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage and work areas. Verify and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment. Examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, and record shortages. Examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
- To ensure stockroom is maintain properly and ensure workplace safety practices in the stockroom
- Manage & address customer orders & delivery issues timely & effectively
- Constantly check and response to customer online order request and response to customer queries timely
- Attend to goods receiving and delivery
- Ensure security of the goods in the stockroom & stockroom cleanliness
- Manage orders to ensure complete and on time delivery
- Stockroom management including in/out record
- Consumption data maintenance and analysis based on VSR+ system
- Manage dangerous goods delivery and storage
- Support cycle counting and stoke-take activities
- Perform inventory management
- Working with supply chain to make sure goods arrival to meet customer’s required delivery date
- Responsible for maintaining positive customer relations & positive customer service experience
- Manage returned and defective products to VWR and other Suppliers

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- GCE ’N’ or ‘O’ Level
- At least 1 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in stockroom management and inventory control
- Must have basic knowledge about workplace safety procedures
- Good communication skills in English, spoken & written
- Good customer service attitude and skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good basic knowledge of Microsoft SW (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
