**What the role is**
- You will be responsible to support all the logistics and admin requirements for SRMD. You will work closely with the logs support group within CSOG, finance dept, procurement dept, corporate service division or any other agencies to coordinate for all SRMD’s requirements. You will be the main secretary for the monthly Dir SRMD’s meeting. You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

**What you will be working on**
- To put up approval and procure of office stationaries for SRMD - Management of ART Kits and RRT returns for SRMD - Arrangement for issuance of laptop for new staff in SRMD - Arrangement for access pass for new staff in SRMD - Organising of welfare events and celebrations for SRMD - To work with the Logs support group for allocation of workspaces for SRMD - As the main link to feedback office infrastructures and maintenance issues for SRMD with Logs support group - Management of offices hygiene & cleanliness for SRMD - Secretary for monthly SRMD meeting or any other meetings as directed - Any other tasks as directed
