职务内容
- Plan and implement activity programming to include spiritual, physical, intellectual, cognitive and emotional elements of health and wellness for the Gym Tonic and centre-based group activities
- Guide and encourage seniors during the Gym Tonic and centre-based group activities
- Provide physical, emotional and social care
- Assist in registering seniors using the premises. Assess and update individual senior's needs and interests. Regularly update seniors' profile in database
- Evaluate seniors' needs and interests through personal interactions and communications with seniors, family members and staff
- Maintain, store all supplies and equipment. Conduct yearly inventory of equipment
- 任职要求
- At least 1-2 years of working experience with the public, preferably with the elderly
- Possess a passionate disposition to interact and care for seniors
- Possess a positive, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Team player
