**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a creative and client-centric **Interior Designer**to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating ideas into inspiring spaces while providing an exceptional client experience from concept to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support the development of design concepts, including 2D/3D space planning, materials selection, and visual presentations;
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, guide them through the design journey, and provide budget-conscious solutions;
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including proposals, quotations, and contracts;
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality execution;
- Keep clients updated throughout each project phase, ensuring transparency and trust;
- Maintain up-to-date project tracking and records using CRM tools;
- Participate in design reviews, team discussions, and industry learning opportunities

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design (residential or commercial);
- Proficient in design and presentation software: SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, MS Office, and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of Enscape or Blender is a bonus;
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage ( **to liaise with clients and contractors**);
- Strong communication skills, a good eye for design detail, and a client-focused mindset;
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and passionate about continuous learning and innovation.
