Our studio is currently looking for a **GAME DESIGNER** to join our multi-talented team in creating fun levels, features and content for casual mobile games. The Game Designer will ideally be an agile and cross-functional generalist with an eagerness to design, execute and implement ideas in the game.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Microsoft Excel, Game Design

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- 2 years and above working in the game industry
- Systems and level design experience
- Having been in charge of a game feature’s complete implementation (concept to delivery)

**Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Coming up with fun gameplay features and seeing them through from conception to implementation to delivery.
- Documenting designs in a clear and organised manner, and updating them regularly.
- Playtesting and iterating features constantly, and taking feedback from all sources to create the best possible experience for players.
- Collaborating closely with programmers, artists and partners in creating the game.
- Working on all creative aspects of the game, ranging from pitching ideas, to prototyping, to game launch, and operating the game as a live service.

**We’re on the lookout for the following traits**:

- A strong passion for playing games of all types across multiple genres
- Interest in keeping up with the latest gaming and culture trends
- Knowledge of game design theory and the game industry
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to the latest gaming trends
- Ability to articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions clearly
- A good understanding and sense of UI and UX
- Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**Other experience that would be a bonus, but is not required, includes**:

- Experience working on one or more shipped titles in the game industry
- Experience in Unity
- Experience using visual design tools, such as Figma, Adobe XD etc.
- Experience working with data and balancing in games
- Prior experience in live operations
