**Requirements**:

- Assist Manager to oversee daily operation and hygiene of the outlet.
- To assist with serving food;
- Ensuring the food preparation areas, counter & sitting area are clean and hygienic;
- Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately;
- To assist with clean-up of the kitchen;
- Operate kitchen equipment such as auto-griller machines for cooking purposes;
- cashiering;
- Night cleaning (Off day also have to come back to do cleaning)
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

**Management Trainee**:

- 6 days work week
- Off day not fixed
- 1 Staff meal provided *
- Able to commit on Weekends & Public Holidays
- Working hours minimum 12hours (include 1 hour break)
