**Overview:
**Pre-Sales Materials: Institutional RFPs/ DDQs/Database (50%)
With time, the incumbent can expect to take over the full responsibility of managing from start-to-end the process of delivering the RFP for one or more of our core investment strategies.

The role will also require the incumbent to update and review answers in the Qvidian System and any other database to ensure accurate and updated information are readily available for use by local and global sales and marketing teams.

**Pitch Book Updates and other marketing materials (50%)
The incumbent needs to partner portfolio managers, product specialists and data teams to create/update pitch books for key strategies managed by our investment teams. The incumbent should ensure he/she is knowledgeable of the investment strategies he/she is responsible for purpose of creating and developing content necessary to produce different types of pre
- and post-sales materials.

To support the development of other materials used by sales and marketing teams in Singapore and other regional offices.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Knowledge in investment products/asset classes (equities, fixed income) will be a strong advantage
- A self-starter with keen interest to develop technical skills in the fund management industry
- Excellent command of English language, strong writing skills
- Meticulous and has a keen eye for details
- Ability to organise information, manage deliverables under time pressure, detail oriented and responsive to queries

**Experience and Qualification**
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience but fresh graduates would be considered
- Excellent command of English language, strong writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience in the use of SEISMIC system will be an advantage
- Degree in the field of Business/Banking & Finance/Accountancy or related fields
