**Job Description**:
1. Vehicle Operation:

- Safely operate heavy vehicles, but not limited to lorries and TMAs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers, cargo, and other road users.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's mechanical condition and address any potential issues.

2. Cargo Transportation:

- Load, secure, and unload cargo, materials, or passengers in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Ensure that cargo is properly positioned and secured to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate the crane if necessary.

3. Route Planning and Navigation:

- Plan and follow efficient routes to optimize fuel consumption, time management, and delivery schedules.
- Utilize navigation systems, maps, and GPS devices to find the best routes and avoid traffic congestion.

4. Maintenance and Repairs:

- Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, and fuel levels.
- Report any mechanical issues or defects to the maintenance team and ensure prompt repairs.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, hours driven, and cargo details.
- Complete logbooks and other required documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

6. Safety and Compliance:

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations governing commercial vehicle operation.

7. Emergency Situations:

- Respond back to site for emergencies, accidents, and breakdowns, ensuring the safety of all involved parties and reporting incidents as required.

**Job Requirement**
- Valid minimum Class 4 driver's license (CDL).
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and securing cargo.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics and ability to perform minor repairs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to read maps, use navigation devices, and follow GPS directions.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Prior experience in operating heavy vehicles is preferred.
