One of the MNC company in Metal stamping industry is looking for **Senior QA Engineer** to join their company. Details as below:
**Job scope**:- Handle Customer complain resolution and technical query and lead customer audits/visit
- Coordinate with internal department on the Customer Claim issues
- Plans and co-ordinates with Production on non-conformance product screening.
- Conducts containment measures and MRB controls.
- Reviews and oversees Improvement Plans, Projects and Technology Roadmaps update.
- Establish visit programs to customers
- Provides engineering support to Internal Departments on quality and technical issues.
- Perform any other duties, as assigned by superior

**Job Requirement**:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering / Precision Engineering / Chemical Processing / Quality Management
- Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in related field
- Good knowledge on ISO Standards and ISO Internal Auditing Expert with Statistical Techniques and QC Tools (e.g. Fishbone Diagram, Why-Why Analysis, 3D/8D)
- IT Tech Savy
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to adapt to fast faced environment
