**About Us**:
Vainpot is a Singapore-based eCommerce retailer specializing in nail art and nail polish supplies. Our small but dynamic team is passionate about growing our online presence across multiple platforms. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven intern to support our operations and gain hands-on experience in managing an eCommerce business.What You Will Learn & Do as an eCommerce Intern, you will gain exposure to the full spectrum of eCommerce operations, including:
1. Order & Inventory Management
- Assist with daily order fulfillment across our website, Lazada, and Shopee
- Coordinate with courier partners for timely delivery
- Support inventory management, including stock-taking and stock updates

2. Product & Content Management
- Ensure product listings and website content are accurate and visually appealing
- Assist with uploading new products and managing promotional campaigns on various platforms

3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Support the social media manager in creating engaging content (Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, etc.)
- Participate in brainstorming creative ideas for campaigns and promotions

What We’re Looking For
- A fast learner who is eager to explore eCommerce
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Passionate about social media content creation (especially Instagram & TikTok)
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude
- **Bonus: If you love doing nails or have experience with gel nails, it will be a great plus**

Internship Details
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm
- Type: Full-time Internship
- Salary: $1,800/month

**Qualifications**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma or currently pursuing (preferred)
- No prior experience required - just enthusiasm to learn and contribute

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
