Our client is seeking an experienced and skilled Technology Risk Specialist to join their existing desk in Singapore.

You will play a critical role in enabling the client's tech risk funcationality to identify, assess, and manage technology and cyber risks. Your expertise will help them to navigate the ever-evolving risk landscape, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and foster a culture of risk awareness and compliance across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish a comprehensive Technology Risk management framework to identify, evaluate, and prioritize technology-related and information security risks
- Develop and enforce technology and cyber risk management policies and frameworks in compliance with regulations and industry best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to identify and assess potential emerging risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate technology and cyber risks
- Communicate technology and cyber risk-related matters to various stakeholders, including executive management, business units, auditors, and regulatory bodies

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field
- Significant experience in technology risk management, information security, IT auditing, or a related discipline, preferably within the financial services industry
- Familiarity with industry frameworks and methodologies for technology risk management, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ITIL, ISO 27001, and COBIT
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CRISC are advantageous
- Operational experience in Technology operations and solution is an added advantage
- Strong relationship building skills and stakeholder management to develop effective trustworthy relationships with multiple stakeholders Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
