**1. **Job Summary**

The Credit Control Officer reports to the Financial Controller and is responsible for chasing outstanding invoices to the company and plays a vital role in the cash-flow of the organization ensuring credit given to customers is monitored and controlled effectively.

**2. **Key Responsibilities**

5.1 Perform debtors’ collection on overdue accounts.

5.2 Liaise with the Sales and Finance department to resolve outstanding queries.

5.3 Maintain debtors’ credit limit and exposure in line with company’s policies.

5.4 Perform periodic review and debtors’ financial statement and analysis.

5.5 Investigate and resolve queries relating to non-payment of invoices.

5.6 Work to strict monthly and annually collections targets.

5.4 Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**3. **Job Requirements**

6.1 Educational Qualification and Experience
- Recognized diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years’ experience working in a finance department with exposure to credit control

6.2 Skills and Abilities
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven, meticulous and tenacious nature
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills
- Preferably with SAP knowledge and good Excel skills
