Key Role Responsibilities:
Be an effective Technology Business Partner, working closely with business users to understand business needs and implement solutions.Analyse from a holistic perspective business needs, mutual interdependencies, risks, and benefits to propose the best solution.Support the delivery of initiatives primarily on technology capabilities for Human Capital/Resources.Assist in planning and implementation of projects/tracks. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Assist in the definition of project scope, requirements, and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
