**Job Title**: SSRS/SSIS Developer - Lead

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead development and maintenance of **SSRS reports** and **SSIS ETL packages**:

- Design, develop, and optimize **ETL processes** for complex datasets
- Translate business needs into scalable BI/reporting solutions
- Mentor junior developers and ensure code quality and best practices
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and system performance tuning
- Collaborate with DBAs, data architects, and analysts to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Ensure timely project delivery, documentation, and stakeholder satisfaction

**Mandatory Skills**:

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in **SSRS, SSIS**, and **T-SQL**:

- Strong experience in **ETL development**, **stored procedures**, and **performance tuning**:

- Solid understanding of **data warehousing concepts** and **dimensional modeling**:

- Familiar with **SQL Server Agent**, job scheduling, and automation
- Experience working with **large datasets** and complex reporting environments

**Preferred Skills**:

- Microsoft certifications in SQL/BI stack
- Experience with **Power BI**, **Azure Data Factory**, **Git/TFS**, **CI/CD pipelines**:

- Familiarity with **Agile/Scrum methodology**:

- Exposure to **Azure Synapse** or **AWS data services**

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
