Create invoices using our software as and when orders received and ensure accuracy.
- Ensure proper filing of invoices by dates for respective customer.
- Record keeping of daily deliveries.
- Monitor and track customer payments to ensure timely collections and follow up on any overdue accounts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure copies are returned back to the office.
- Ensure deliveries are completed and bills are amended accordingly.
- Boxing of old invoices according to months once GST period is over and to ensure records match details in system.
- Proper updating of prices.

Need to have computer skill & Microsoft excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $1,600.00 - $1,800.00 per month

Expected hours: 44 per week
