We are looking for Scrum Masters with a minimum of 10 years’ experience to join our growing team in Singapore.

This is a contract role for 6 months, with potential for extension.

**What You Will Be Responsible For**
- Controlling and analysing the project delivery process
- Leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies to drive effective and consistent outcomes
- Coaching and guiding Feature Team members on Agile principles, processes, behaviours as required
- Supporting Feature Team members on collaborations and anticipating obstacles
- Facilitating brainstorming on how to resolve obstacles
- Identifying opportunities for the Feature Team to continuously improve upon
- Supporting the Feature Team to measure and consistently track progress
- Preparing and assisting on communication to all levels of management, on behalf of the Feature Team

**What We Look For**
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in significant transformation activity
- Experience of taking personal accountability for transformational outcomes
- Experience with global consulting company or similar

**Business Analysis**
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions
- Financial modelling: budgeting, forecasting, planning, variance analysis, reporting
- Experience of operating model, enterprise architecture, and/or process transformation

**Technical**
- Experience and understanding of IT architectures
- Solid experience working within cloud transformation

**Ideal Accreditations**
- AWS certified speciality
- Azure/MS Certified Solutions Architect

**Delivery**
- Deep experience in delivery within a programme management and/or agile at scale environment
- Experience of change management
- Experience managing projects of c S$1M or larger
- Experience of embedding and/or running service management capabilities

**Ideal Accreditations**
- Certified in PM accreditations (e.g. Prince, PMBOK, PMI)
- Certifications in Agile (e.g. SCM, SAFE)
- Certifications in Change Management (e.g. PROSCI)
- Certifications in Service Management (e.g. ITIL)

**Sales**
- Have participated in business development and pre-sales
- Experience with technical and commercial deal constructs
- Have been personally incentivised via a personal sales target

**Seniority**
- Proven experience operating both strategically with C Suite and more tactically with project implementation teams
- Can talk to a strong network of business contacts
- Confident in leading/facilitating meetings regardless of audience
