We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy **Marketing Specialist**with a flair for design, a passion for beauty, and the skills to create captivating content to elevate our brand’s digital presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design eye-catching marketing materials (social media posts, flyers, ads).
- Marketing Strategy - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Social Media Strategies - Develop and execute social media strategies to boost consumer engagement and brand awareness.
- Performance Analysis - Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including social media engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitoring beauty industry trends to keep marketing content relevant and cutting-edge.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe, Premiere Pro etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
