**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and review supplier PPAP and first article inspection (FAI), and closely monitor supplier product quality from pilot run to mass production.
- Align quality acceptance criteria and methodologies with supplier / CM. Ensure proper documentation and product inspection / validation / testing is properly implemented.
- Carry out supplier evaluation and selection, systems audits and improvement activities.
- Manage supplier quality and driving supplier quality improvement activities.
- Plan source inspection at supplier site for supplier quality assurance.
- Actively participate and monitor supplier/CM quality performance on site. Acts as the bridge between supplier and internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
- Drive supplier quality issue resolution and review Supplier Correction Action Report (SCAR/8D).
- Carry out on-site supplier audit to ensure the supplier quality control is well maintained.
- Report weekly Supplier/CM quality performance to management.
- Implement and carry-out improvement opportunities to identify profits and increase productivity.
- Travelling is a must for this role. Supplier Quality Expert (RoW)will be assigned to manage the supplier globally (Within and outside Singapore)

**Requirements**:

- At least 8 years of working experience in EMS/OEM with related technical experience in machining fabrication, system assembly and semiconductor manufacturing desired.
- Preferably trained and have good knowledge in Quality control tools (PFMEA/SPC/MSA and etc).
- Measurement instrument (familiar with CMM operation and program, Profile Projector, Scope, Micrometer and etc.) is a plus.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work well independently and collaboratively.
- Travel to supplier plant frequently.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
- Possess good and effective communication skill with all levels within the organization, suppliers and customers.
- Ability to provide leadership, direction, identify and resolve issues with other departments effectively
