Singapore FRISCO TECHNOLOGY & SERVICES PTE LTD Full time

We are an Integrated Facility Management (IFM) and Cleaning company seeking a technician who can meet the following requirements:

- Singaporean
- Supervise OEM and non-OEM vendors for ACMV and other building installations and fixtures
- Hands-on in basic electrical wiring for changing of light bulbs, plumbing, painting and general building services
- Has basic computer skills to use the Computerized Maintenance Management System
- Willing and able to work rotating shifts according to shift roster: 6.30am - 4pm (morning); 8am - 5.30pm (normal); and 4.30pm - 2am (night)
- Can change shift with other technicians on a mutually agreeable basis
- Preferably lives in the East and has class 2A or 2B license
- Workplace located at Calshot Road which is off Upper Changi Road North, in the vicinity of Selarang Halfway House
- 6 days off per month where day off may not be on a weekend so may work on Sunday depending on roster
- Allowance and transport home will be provided for night shift
- Works co-operatively with other technicians in a team to complete assigned tasks responsibly
- Positive work attitude and willing to learn
- Self-disciplined in punctuality
- Retired LEWs with NTC-3 or NTC-2 who are able to handle physical work can also apply
