- Provision of Storage space for new servers and archival requirements;
- Web Server - shall manage the Web servers up to Operating System (OS) which includes Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS);
- Application Server - shall manage the Application servers up to Operating System (OS) which includes Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS); and
- Database Server shall manage the Database servers up to Operating System (OS) which includes Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS)

- Servers provisioning and administration;
- Certificates and CA administration;
- Servers and Services monitoring;
- Server maintenance;
- Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration;
