We currently offer the following position in our office in Singapore which will be onsite.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership, management, coaching and development to a team of Supplier Quality Engineers and technicians that meets agreed objectives and results.
- Daily management of parts quality issues and parts containment with the SQE and Incoming Inspection teams to ensure smooth running of manufacturing operations.
- Conduct supplier audits and risk analysis of suppliers including assessing manufacturing/technology capabilities to ensure suppliers develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste
- Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements.
- Manage, eview and report supplier performance KPIs, identify and address gaps in all aspects of supplier management work flow in thoughtful actions to ensure continuous improvements, meeting quality standards required to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure supplier SCARs are executed and completed timely and effectively.
- Responsible to review incoming inspection plans regularly to ensure that the plan commensurate with risk level and quality performance data.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering or in related field with minimum 8 years relevant working experience in a manufacturing operations/ engineering environment.
- Technical and manufacturing competence in disciplines such as PCBAs, electronics, machining, castings and plastics.
- Experience and understand quality compliance in regulated business, especially in ISO 13485, USFDA QSR/cGMP (21 CFR Part 820) and ISO14971 for medical devices is a plus.
- Track record in leadership roles and an experienced quality practitioner.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, continuous improvement mindset, multi-tasking and leadership skills are required. Must be proactive in achieving results.
- Ability to process complex situation, “grey areas”, and work well independently under pressure
