As the Retail & Activations Sales Associate in the Brand Experience team, you are Secretlab’s biggest brand ambassadors. This role will require you to engage and converse with customers and sell Secretlab products; as such, we expect you to deliver the best Secretlab experience and product demonstration when they visit either our showroom or seasonal activations. The Brand Experience team functions with an entrepreneurial and collegial spirit; this means members of the team are prepared to go the extra mile to provide the best Secretlab experience for our customers in any projects we undertake — everyone in Secretlab is.
Our Retail & Activations Sales Associate plays a key role in our Singapore offline operations. As this is a front-facing customer centric role, you are responsible for their overall experience when interacting with the Secretlab brand in-person. We want our customers to leave knowing they made the right purchase decisions, and Secretlab is there to provide world-class customer service.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for performing and executing retail & offline activations
- In-charge of day-to-day showroom operations, including but not limited to making sales, engaging customers, maintaining display cleanliness, and replenishing stock inventory
- Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and collaborating with relevant teams for new product displays
- Assist the Retail & Activations Assistant Manager in daily, weekly, and monthly sales report, as well as seasonal performance of the showroom and/ or offline activations
- Sharing of ad hoc day-to-day showroom activities and assisting in other areas of the store when requested/necessary.
- Achieve sales targets while providing a personalized brand experience
- Proactively approach and engage walk-in customers, understanding their needs and making suitable recommendations
- Proficient in sales tactics and able to cross-sell relevant products and accessories
- Deliver hands-on demonstrations and explanations of Secretlab products (e.g. R&D technology, ergonomics, product benefits etc.)
- Be well-versed with Secrelab’s processes and guidelines such as policies, delivery schedules, and product maintenance, so as to accurately share these with customers
**Requirements**:
- 3 years’ of sales and customer service experience, preferably within a premium retail/showroom environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with good fluency in English
- Proficiency to translate and simplify technical specifications of products to suit and engage the customer
- Positive attitude and a team player with strong interpersonal skills - confident, outgoing, and friendly
- Strong determination and drive for results - comfortable taking personal responsibility for achieving individual KPIs (e.g. daily/weekly/monthly sales, customer service, store profitability targets etc.)
- Good time management with the ability to multitask and work independently
- Flexibility in work schedule depending on business needs and activations - able to work on certain weekends and holidays
