- eading business development/client management functions for Singapore and Malaysia markets in terms of the following activities: M
- anaging and maintaining existing client relationships, as well as the acquisition of new clients. D
- elivering Product Development services to our targeted clients. I
- dentifying valuable business opportunities and driving SCOR's cross functional teams to deliver an optimal solution for our clients and Scor. N
- egotiating for solutions offered to be relevant and commercially attractive to clients whilst satisfying SCOR’s profitability requirements. L
- eading the treaty preparation, review, and execution process with both internal and external stakeholders D
- elivering quality client experience by ensuring timely and client centric responses. O
- rganising and coordinating client events and activities. S
- upporting the execution of SEA L&H reinsurance strategy and monitoring of business performance. C
- ontributing on innovative ideas in product design (medex, CI, LTC, etc) and connecting with distribution frameworks in SEA team. P
- articipating and supporting regional and global initiatives and projects. D
- elivering industry presentations to enhance SCOR’s brand. I
- mplementing strategies and objectives for specific market and client segments within SEA. S
- enior level role for business development and client management functions within SEA.

**xperience: M**
- inimum 8 years of relevant life insurance or reinsurance experience, of which at least 4 years within the South East Asia market, preferably includes various functions such as business development, client management, product development, pricing. E
- xpert Knowledge of Life and Health Insurance products. E
- xpert Knowledge of Reinsurance structures/solutions and its pricing. V
- ery good understanding of the need to integrate key stakeholders’ interests in the product design phase and its affordability requirement as well as the need to balance among profitability, risk management and marketability. E
- xpert Knowledge of reinsurance treaty wordings and its corresponding link with the quotation slip and the risk management requirements. M

- achelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or related field F
- IA, FFA, FSA, FCIA or FIAA designation preferred.
