**Job Summary**:
As a Kids Meal Designer, you will play a pivotal role in developing imaginative, healthy, and visually appealing meal options tailored to children. Your work will combine nutritional expertise, creativity, and market insights to design meals that delight kids while meeting parents' expectations for quality and health.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Meal Design & Development**:Create engaging, child-friendly meal concepts that balance taste, nutrition, and visual appeal.
Incorporate creative themes, characters, and seasonal trends into meal presentations.
Experiment with portion sizes and textures suited to kids' preferences and abilities.
- **Nutritional Planning**:Work closely with dietitians or nutritionists to ensure meals meet dietary standards and support balanced growth.
Develop allergen-aware recipes and accommodate dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free).
- **Market Research & Trends**:Stay up-to-date with trends in kids' food preferences, packaging, and dining experiences.
Gather feedback from children and parents to refine meal concepts.
- **Collaboration**:Partner with chefs, kitchen staff, and suppliers to source high-quality, child-friendly ingredients.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure meals align with branding and promotional campaigns.
- **Quality Assurance**:Test and refine recipes to ensure consistency, safety, and appeal across various production scales.
Oversee visual presentation and packaging to enhance the overall experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:Proven experience in food design, culinary arts, or menu planning, with a focus on children’s meals preferred.
- **Education**:Culinary arts degree, nutrition certification, or relevant experience in the food and beverage industry.
- **Skills**:Strong culinary creativity and artistic presentation skills.
Knowledge of child nutrition and food safety guidelines.
