**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand and identify training needs of each department. Identify gap in training program and make necessary improvement.
- Oversee the development and implementation of training and mentorship program.
- Develop and conduct Train-The-Trainer program to equip mentors /trainers with coaching and instructional skills. Review and update existing course materials periodically.
- Conduct in-house training programs (this includes, but not limited to, orientation workshop; practical, hands-on programs, online programs ) and as well as WSQ training program.
- Identify opportunities where technology can be tapped to deliver innovative learning solutions for these groups. Be involved in production relevant video for digital learning.
- Lead team of trainers in implementation of training programs.
- Conduct training quality audits and assess effectiveness of training programs conducted.
- Conduct audits to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to procedure.
- Evaluate feedback from learners and Management team on training effectiveness.
- Stay current on training as well as industry trends.
- Undertake any other adhoc projects/tasks as assigned by respective Reporting Officer.
**Key Requirements**
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in training delivery in operational areas and curriculum development. Experience in F&B sector will be an advantage
- Possess Advance Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) / Advance Certificate in Learning & Performance (ACLP)
- Meticulous, proactive, resourceful, empathetic, able to work in fast paced, dynamic environment
- Possess good problem solving and communication skills
