The incumbent will support Emergency Planning Committee (EPC) to plan, develop, review and enhance the Hospital’s capabilities to meet the growing challenges of medical and operational response to communicable disease outbreaks, civil and national emergencies. The incumbent will also be ensuring the hospital capabilities (such as operational, IT, infrastructure) are in good condition and maintained to support hospital response. Other duties include coordinating with stakeholders to plan and execute emergency preparedness exercises and training programmes.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide Secretariat Support to EPC
- Ensure Hospital is operational ready for emergencies (such as Civil Emergencies, Pandemic Outbreak, National Emergencies, electricity shutdown, fire etc.)
- Management of Budget and claims from MOH for EP activities
- Liaise with MOH, cluster and other institutions for EP related activities and emergencies
- Support any other EP-related activities
