**Senior Manager/Manager (Industry Digital Plans, Partnerships & Impact, SMEs Go Digital)**

You will be responsible to develop industry specific IDPs through engagement with sector lead agencies, trade associations and the industry to drive transformation of SMEs through the use of digital technologies that lead to SME growth and productivity.

You will need to establish strong partnerships with agencies, industry players e.g. Banks, Telcos, and trade associations to grow the SMEs’ adoption of digital solutions supported under the SMEs Go Digital Programme e.g. Start Digital, Grow Digital initiative. Key responsibilities would include internal/external stakeholder management, project management and analysis of the adoption and utilization of sector specific digital solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and facilitate the development of industry specific IDPs;
- Understand the industry, challenges and trends from the industry specific Industry Transformation Maps (ITMs), discussions with industry stakeholders and literature research;
- Engage with sector lead, trade associations, union and other stakeholders to develop the IDP; and seek stakeholder consultation and validation from meetings and workshops;
- Develop collaterals including e-book, summary animation and case study interview videos for IDP launch
- Coordinate across agencies and internal teams to ensure media strategy and alignment; availability of pre-approved digital solutions; and potential sector pilot projects at IDP launch
- Seek internal and external stakeholders at senior levels for endorsement of the IDP launch
- Develop partnerships, including formulating business strategies with agencies, industry players and trade associations to drive the adoption and utilization of digital solutions
**Requirements**:

- Background in Computer Science, Business or equivalent
- Strong Stakeholder Management and working with broad spectrum of stakeholders from different vertical industries
- At least 5 years of working experience, preferably with government agency experience
- Up to date knowledge of IT industry practices and solutions
- Domain knowledge of one or more key industries is a plus: manufacturing, land/air/sea transport, construction, environment services, security, early childhood, healthcare, financial services, legal, retail, food services/manufacturing, logistics, media etc.
- Strong communicator to be able to bring across clarity in technical solutions in small group setting or addressing a large audience
- Strong aptitude for IT and Digital Solutions
- Proactive self-starter, is analytical, self-motivated, high energy and driven yet able to work well within a team and motivate the team
- Ability to multi-task, quick to adapt and able to work in fast pace work environment
- Good writing and presentation skills
