Roles

Management
- To effectively manage daily operations of the clinic
- Monitor and ensure quality of service are kept and maintained within Company's directions
- Maintain a professional code of conduct as a supervisor and maintain discipline of the clinic assistant
- Ensure positive attitudes and positive environment for all staff
- Lead the team to align with company’s positive initiatives and values
- Work closely with the management

Hands-on
- Schedule monthly clinic assistant schedule
- Handle administrative duties including management of inventory, filing and tidying the clinic.
- Assisting doctors in medical procedures including minor surgery, laser, botox and fillers
- Clinic housekeeping
- Day to Day administrative duties of clinic including dispensing of medicine
- Inventory management
- Familiar with Medisave, CHAS and various Managed Health Care plans.
