**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Understanding of Client’s requirement, including clarification with Client and relevant disciplines as necessary.
- Preparation of specifications, datasheets and inquiry documents.
- Perform all discipline engineering assignment and design work independently.
- Perform technical bid evaluation.
- Evaluation of Vendor Proposals and finalizing technical requirements for purchase condition including evaluation of deviations.
- Review of Vendor documentation, vendor management and control of vendor schedule and information.
- Provide technical requirements and assessment for inspection and QC related matters.
- Participate in site surveys, provide technical support during construction stage.
- Handle interface matters and coordinate with relevant parties.
- Attending shop test/inspection and review of test reports.
- Site technical support for field installation, field testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning as necessary to achieve completion of project and handover to Client.
- Work Planning, manpower and man-hour planning and control.
- Coordination and change management within department, inter-disciplines and Client, Vendors.
- Resolution of Project issues with internal/ external parties.

**Requirements**:

- Degree with at least 10 to 15 years’ of experience in Rotating / Package equipment design, installation and commissioning/start-up.
- Experience in handling API compressors, steam turbines for actual implementation project from design to field startup.
- Experience with API pumps, fans and blowers.
- Work as Lead Rotating / Mechanical Engineer function for in same industry in EPC function.
- Experience with handling other package equipment in actual projects.
- Field work experience.
