**Responsibilities**:
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare monthly financial reports, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
- **Bookkeeping & Accounting**: Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, and reconcile bank statements.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- **Tax & Compliance**: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST submissions, corporate tax filings, and liaising with auditors.
- **Payroll & Expenses**: Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and maintain accounts payable/receivable records.
- **Liaison & Coordination**: Work with external auditors, tax authorities, and banks for financial matters.
- **Financial Advisory**: Provide insights on cost control, revenue growth, and financial efficiency improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least [X] years of relevant experience in finance/accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s tax and financial regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in SME finance management.
- Prior experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Familiarity with corporate compliance and governance.
