**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up the cold plunge space before each session, including preparing the plunge pool and ensuring the temperature is at the optimal level.
- Ensure the space is clean, organized, and sanitized, with all necessary equipment in place.
- Maintain cleanliness by washing and organizing towels, replenishing supplies, and regularly checking for hygiene standards.
- Welcome and guide members through the cold plunge process, providing clear instructions, safety guidelines, and encouragement.
- Monitor participants during sessions to ensure their comfort and safety.
- Address any member concerns or questions about the cold plunge experience.
- Assist with post-session clean-up, including resetting the space for the next group.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for wellness and knowledge of cold immersion therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and order.
- Ability to guide and motivate members through potentially challenging experiences.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 10 per week
