**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Assist in Supervise Process and Production Operation**:

- Provide training and educational materials to staff
- Provide direction and schedules to the Production Fitter
- Supervises staff to produce finished products
- Organizes and monitors workflow
- Supervise and conduct toolbox meetings prior to starting work activities

**Execute Production Plan and Schedule**:

- Discussion with Supervisor on the schedule and planning.
- Provide the schedule for production when receive S/O from Logistic Planner
- Plan and prepare the good according to customer requirements and make sure the delivery can be done on time.
- Provide schedule to Planner on the finished goods to be ready
- Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines
- Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge

**Improving Plant Performance**:

- Monitor and control production processes to meet product quantity and quality targets.
- Review data trends and analyses to monitor plant performance
- Provide idea and discussion with Supervisor and Engineer
- Monitor and troubleshoot during all mode of operation, including process upset conditions.
- Supervise the start-up, monitoring, control and shutdown of process units and process utilities at control rooms and plant sites
- Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for process operations
- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and maintenance.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Administer Staff and Staff Development**:

- Coach and mentor Operator and Fitter
- Manage resources with the Team
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and activities
- Execute instruction/ arrangement from management and pass down to the Team

**Safety and Emergency Response**:

- Ensure compliance with professional standards such as occupational health and safety and customer requirements
- Participate in WSH and EMS incident investigation
- Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with the organization’s WSH standards.
- Supervise good housekeeping in the workplace
- Participate in conduct of activity-based risk assessment
- Assist the organization’s crisis management team to continually improve crisis management plans
- Participate in CERT member

**Additional Roles**:

- Facility management, Arrangement of manpower for housekeeping in/ around the plant.
- ERP User, to record and key in all production record into ERP system and work together with store/ warehouse for the stock count balance.

**Requirement**:
**Qualification/ Experience: -**:

- Certificate or Diploma
- 2-3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior supervisory experience, Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, good team player and able to work under pressure
