- As Vice-Principal you are a member of your School Committee (SC) and will assist the Principal in the overall operations of the school.
- Your responsibilities will include a balance of teaching and administrative duties related to supporting your Principal in the overall operations of the school
- Assist in overseeing the day to day running of the school and ensure that curriculum and class activities are running according to plan and to alert the Principal if any of these are not in in line with the proposed plan
- Assist in ensuring the well-being of the children in the centre, especially their health, safety and hygiene.
- To assist the Principal with the overall staff welfare and to be in touch with regard to their concerns and needs. You will assist the Principal to oversee the professional development of the staff.
- Planning of term and holiday time-table and making changes to these whenever the need arises and ensuring the efficient scheduling of teaching staff.
**Job Requirements**
- Possess at least an Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood (Leadership)
- At least 5 years experience in Early Childhood or Student Care
- Possess good leadership, verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently, and as part of a team
- Is a problem-solver and self-starter
- Able to work full-time 44 hours/week
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
