Assist the head chef in the preparation and presentation of all menu dishes and other products made within the kitchen. Optimising the cooking processes with attention to speed, quality and delivery. Works alongside with head chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking

Key Responsibilities
- Provides meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.
- Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks.
- Cooking and preparing high quality dishes.
- Assisting the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes.
- Cleaning and ensuring the work stations are neat & tidy.
- Working closely with other Chefs of all levels.Ability to work well under pressure.
- Passion for food.
- Willingness to learn.
- Always come up with new specialties that will draw repeated diners into the restaurant.
- Perform any other ah-hoc duties as required by the Management from time to time
- Requirement:

- Able to work on rotating shifts and weekends
- 5 days work week
- Service-oriented and a team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month
