Conduct thorough cleaning duties with efficiency and attention to detail, leaving no surface untouched.
Proactively anticipate guests' needs, responding promptly and courteously to inquiries and requests regardless of the time of day.
Foster positive guest relations through genuine interactions, embodying professionalism and hospitality.
Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in assigned work areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues alike.
Inspect linens meticulously, promptly replacing any soiled or damaged items to uphold the hotel's standards of quality.
Take ownership of your work area, maintaining cleanliness and reporting any maintenance issues promptly to ensure a smooth operation.
