You will be working with a great team serving the esteemed customers in a buzzing bakery or cafe at the National Museum. Cafe is a collaboration with National Museum to manage the purpose-built Reunion space for seniors and dementia persons. Bakery Brera and Cafe Brera is committed in providing quality foods and customer service that emphasizes empowerment, continuous improvement, education and community service, with an on-going development aim to becoming a progressive SME of the future.

Looking for young individuals or young seniors to work in professional cafe in collaboration with National Museum:

- to serve customers(corporate, walkin, online, events) with pride and care.
- opportunity serve a broad range of customers, museum visitors, seniors etc.
- opportunity for career growth in executive tasks when more experience about the company and products, manage staff scheduling, process improvement, product testing etc.
- basic cooking and baking will be an added advantage.
- You will get to learn how to serve the European pastries, gourmet coffee, POS system and working closely with kitchen team.
- embrace operational efficiency, carrying out SOPs, cost effectiveness, productivity improvement and promote sales.
- to promote the products and presenting value add information (e.g food choices, allergy, dietary requirements).
- to deliver service excellence: Provide consultation on products and services to walk-in, online and corporate customers.
- to develop and monitor housekeeping and hygiene standards.
- checking stock and replenishment.
- manage order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- having good product knowledge on bread and pastries (training provided).

- Build relationships with customers.
