**The Role**

BullionStar is looking to hire a Director of Special Operations and General Counsel to join our team. In this role, you will:
Special Projects
- Design strategies together with the leaders of the Company and execute plans to accomplish the special project’s goals and objectives; oversee recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of the special project team members.
- Develop and manage budgets for special projects and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses for these special projects.
- Provide support where required in the daily business and administrative operations and identify improvements in operating procedures for optimal efficiency
- Lead and motivate teams project teams, mentor key team members
- Collaborate with management and other stakeholders on capital and investment related decisions and carry out other business-expanding and internationalization strategies

General Counsel
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to the directors of the Company on all legal matters to develop legal strategies and solutions
- Review, research, interpret, and prepare both written and oral opinions on a wide variety of legal issues
- Draft, review, and approve policies and procedures, regulations, bylaws, and other legal documents
- Represent the Company in judicial and administrative proceedings, and in negotiations with other counterparties or stakeholders
- Select and retain outside counsel, as required, to obtain legal opinions or to handle claims and litigation
- Maintain knowledge of the Company’s operations and legal documents.

**Skills, Qualifications and Requirements**
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset, question the status quo, find out-of-the-box solutions for business challenges
- Lead with integrity and by example, drive changes and improvements by taking ownership from idea to implementation
- Flexibility to work effectively across different functions, departments and cultures
- Law degree and strong academic credentials
- 4+ years practicing as a transactional attorney at a law firm

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary is dependent on your capability, experience and skills. The starting salary offered is SGD 10,000 - SGD 20,000 per month plus additional variable annual performance bonus and AWS of 1 month. You will also have access to an employee health and fitness benefit program.
