**Make an Impact - what you'll be doing**

We are seeking a **Senior** **Business Analyst** to be part of a pioneering FP&A - Strategic Finance team. As a trusted business partner, you will empower various business units (Sales & Marketing, Logistics or Merchandising) to make informed decisions and provide actionable insights by integrating financial, operational, and strategic data. You will foster a culture of collaboration to ensure value creation and strategic alignment throughout the business.

Additionally, you will:

- Enhance Operational and Financial Performance: Identify key business drivers and blend risk assessments with market trends to create adaptable financial forecasts.
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Work with senior management to drive progress of strategic projects and evaluate their impact against targets.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead collaborative financial planning during budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with Castlery's strategic vision.

**What You'll Need**

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience with spreadsheet software, SQL, and data analysis.
- Experience in analysing and providing insights on businesses across diverse international markets.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Hands on experience in one or multiple areas, including full-funnel marketing, omnichannel strategies encompassing both offline retail and e-commerce, logistics optimisation, and category management.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven record of data interpretation to drive strategic decisions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to influence senior leadership.
- A collaborative and inclusive approach to working with cross-functional teams.
