**What skills are we looking for and why?**
- Looking for Architectural or Quantity Surveying professionals that have documentation and construction knowledge who are ready to take the leap into Carbon Accounting.
- Strong research and investigative skills - to support the Sustainability team in researching: regional markets, green procurement and supply chains and related carbon databases. We believe in the use of quality data to drive objective decision making.
- Attention to detail in service delivery, communications, and working with others - our people are known for their high EQ and IQ.
- Articulate communicator
- the ability to articulate reasoning and informed decisions within the wider context of the real estate industry.

**What will you be doing?**
- Develop, own and manage carbon accounting processes and methodologies for embodied and whole life carbon
- Develop, manage and continue development of in-house carbon estimation frameworks and tools for diverse project types.
- Validate carbon baseline and consolidate opportunities for carbon reduction
- Undertake or support carbon accounting at different Concept Design
- As built (or equivalent) stages and recognise and manage the requirements and data required at each stage
- Control the level of assumptions and methodology required for each client
- Developing approaches to assess the impact of climate change policies and energy markets on customers financial performance
- Develop and manage use of external tools (e.g. OneClickLCA)
- Engage digital solution market stakeholders to maximise efficiency of process and maintain capability
- Supporting the development of industry accreditation bodies to implement standards that verify emissions performance metrics
- Supporting, eventually managing and delivering projects for clients on strategies, programs, initiatives and activities that mitigate GHG emissions, including approaches to energ
