Quanity Surveyor

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for quantity take off and prepare costing and budget for tenders and awarded projects.
- Prepare for tender submission, questionnaires and Interview.
- Prepare and maintain proper contract documentation and checking for completeness of documents for all tenders and awarded projects as per ISO Standards.
- Source and evaluate quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers
- Prepare and submit progress claim and variation orders.
- Monitor project actual cost versus budget.
- Attend meetings and site meetings.
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors, Suppliers and relevant authorities.
- Certification of claims for subcontractors and suppliers for progress payment and finalization of accounts.
- Other relevant duties and/or as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- At least minimum 2 years relevant experience in Main Construction (preferably A & A Works) in Singapore
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCad

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Quantity Surveyor in Singapore: 2 years (required)
