Project Title: Critical Affective Literacy for an Affective Teacher Professionalism

**Requirements**:

- at least a basic degree from a reputable university
- at least 1 year of relevant experience in research, including undergraduate experience.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
- have good communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
- be proactive and able to work independently or in a team
- have knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative software programmes (e.g., Nvivo, SPSS, etc.)
- have time-management and problem-solving skills
- ability to conduct interviews and classroom observations in Singapore.
- have good interpersonal, communication, organizational and report writing skills

**Responsibilities**:

- conduct literature review
- conduct data collection, cleaning, coding, archival &/or analysis
- organise workshops and talks
- procure equipment or supplies for project
- maintain records of data collected
- assist in preparing drafts of progress reports, reports and presentations
- support in project management and administrative tasks (Liaise with research participants and other stakeholders, arrange meetings, prepare schedules, etc.)
- perform basic accounting to ensure funds are spent according to the approved budget
