**Job Responsibility**
- Overall, in-charge of transportation department, leading a team of delivery personnel with a fleet of 10 units of refrigerated trucks performing daily deliveries to the customers.
- Responsible for the Transportation expenses and KPIs achievement.
- Managing the delivery services and route planning to ensure optimal delivery performance.
- Preparation of monthly reporting.
- Ensuring the delivery trucks scheduled servicing are completed and trucks conditions are well-maintained.
- Working closely with sales, operations, and customer service departments for smooth execution of all deliveries meeting customers’ expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Leadership and supervisory skills with tenacity for continuous improvements in the transportation operating practices
- People skills in working closely as a team
- Energetic and result-driven
- Experience in managing reefer trucks will be an added advantage.
